Law in the 21st Century

The Graduate Law Students’ Society at UBC is pleased to announce that the 21st UBC Interdisciplinary Legal Studies Graduate Conference will be held on May 8-9, 2017 at the Peter A. Allard School of Law, University of British Columbia.

The conference’s theme is “Law in the 21st Century” and submissions from graduate students in all disciplines are accepted until March 5, 2017. This year’s guest speakers include Shannon Salter (Chair of the BC Civil Resolution Tribunal), Eduardo Perez Motta (former ambassador of Mexico to the World Trade Organization) and Johnny Mack (Assistant Professor of Law and First Nations Studies at UBC).
